After two sold-out performances at the National Arts Centre in Ottawa with their award-winning show, Tierras oscuras, the highly-acclaimed Canadian dance troupe Flamenco en Rouge returns to stages across Nova Scotia this spring.
Join Flamenco en Rouge for its Osprey Theatre premiere!!! ¡Fiesta flamenca! will provide an exciting and breathtaking performance of fiery flamenco music and dance, featuring the 6 musicians and dancers of Flamenco en Rouge. Join Flamenco en Rouge for a fascinating showcase of various flamenco styles...the joyful Alegrías, high-octane Rumbas, sultry and exotic Zambra, and will feature colourful Spanish shawls, mantónes, tantalizing castañuelas (castagnettes), waving abanícos (fans), pounding footwork and flamenco percussion.
