About the Event

Known across the region as the entertainer who brings the Holiday Spirit to his audiences, John Gracie has been singing Christmas traditional  favourites for over 25 years.  This year, he indeed is celebrating the 26th anniversary of his first Christmas album, Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas that features his original and fan favourite, Cape Breton Christmas Morn.

Gracie’s Christmas Show is filled with the Christmas Carols audiences know and love and want to singalong with.  Gracie has performed the Holiday Show across Canada, and parts of the US including the Tree Lighting in Bryant Park, New York City.

Over the past few years, the show has added a swing/jazz flavour which can be found on his latest Christmas album, Christmas Time Is Here.  The CD also features selections by his daughter, actor/singer/songwriter, Samantha Gracie.

Gracie is a multiple ECMA award winning artist and a JUNO nominee and along with his three Christmas albums, has 12 other CDs in his catalogue covering folk, country, Americana and Jazz genres.

If you are looking to awaken the Christmas Spirit, come see John this year at the Osprey! Along with your favourite music, he also brings his audiences stories of Christmases past that will evoke a wide range of emotions.

Hope to see you!

Tickets: $30 adults, $10 students
